Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Certain items such as personal care products, cosmetics, intimate items, and used tools may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
